Scatterchart with conditional values. How to?

I’m struggling with development of a scatterchart that will show two dimensions:

X axis – store sales

Y axis - %  share of Product category Z in total store sales

I want the chart to include groups (store / chain) so that I can switch between store and chain and of course I want to be able to switch between time periods (days, weeks, months)

My main problem is what formula I should use to calculate % share?

thanks a lot. Works perfectly. One additional question - what if If in the field "customer" i wanted a grupped expression (settings/document properties/groups) where customer contains - store / chain.

Is it possible to make it work on this chart?
