I had been worked on the dashboards but never worked on the score cards can any one help me on this
do let me know hoe to create a scorecard.

1st step: ask your end-users which KPI's they would like to see in their ScoreCard.

a scorecard, to my knowledge, is not a QlikView_concept. It's a business_concept - look it up here http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balanced_Scorecard
If your company has one, they can surly explain it to you and you can then go about creating it in QlikView.
If your company doesn't have one, they should at least know what they want to display there.
If they don't know what they want to display there - there is a business question to answer before you get to work with developing ...
