I am able to use the scroll button in the personal edition but when I put it on the server and try to use it through intranet on the Portal, the scroll bars are frozen. I am using QV11.20 SR12 personal edition. The portal is IE 11. Any idea why this is happening please?
Just to mention, there are other apps in the Portal where the scroll bars are working. The problem happens only with some of the apps.
Any help is appreciated.
Just to update. I tried installing Google Chrome and Firefox and it works fine with both the browsers. The issue seems to be with IE. Anybody else encountered this please?
Is this occurring when AJAX or IE plugin is used in Internet Explorer?
I faced similar issue long time ago, when we've updated server version and did not push IE plugin installer to all users. Some where using outdated IE plugin and had various problems with reports.

That is right. It seems to me too that it is a plugin issue. We were using Windows 7 with IE8 and the plugin version was quite old. After it has been upgraded to Win 10 and IE 11, I don't think the latest version of the plugin has been installed. I have asked our IT team to investigate it. Will keep you posted.
Apologies for the delayed response as I was travelling over the last few days. Yes, I think you may be right. PE is 11.20 and SR12 and the QV version is slightly lower, perhaps 11. Any fix for this yet please?
Many have faced this problem tht too in particular if developed on higher version and put on server with lower version then thr might be minute glitches.
Better use same version or while deploying ask them to add that missed function to make it available.
I don't think other than this thr is any fix:)
