Scroll Bar on Continuous Line chart

Hi,

I am developing a qlikview application where I have huge set of X axis value. Is it possible to display the scroll bar and mark the X axis as continuous? When I try to display the scroll bar on a continuous chart it doesn't work and I was wondering what are the options that I have?

Hi,

Try

Chart Properties -> Presentation ->

Select Max Visible Number and give a number, this sets initial number of values to display

Select Show X axis scroll bar, this enables the X axis scroll bar.

The issue here is the scroll bar visibility with the a certain number of inital values works when the option in Chart Properties->Axes: Under the Dimension section if the continuous check box is marked then the scroll bars don't show up and is not visible as well. However if it is not marked, then the scroll bars appear and it is possible to slide them.

Hi Preethi, I'd also like to know if you got a solution to this. I have exactly the same problem. Did you get a work around maybe?
