Scroll bar does not work in any browser on a Windows 8.1 machine

Hi,

  I have a user who has Windows 8.1 machine and he is not able to use scroll bar. We are using QlikView 11.00.11414.0409.10 on our server.

Please Help!!!

I guess you have to upgrade your QV Server to at least 11.20 SR5, better yet to SR10 or 11.
