Search Box strange appearance in access point

Hi everyone, I need some help.

Recently we upgraded Qlikview server to a newer version: 11.20.12904.0409.10

Qlikview desktop is : version 11.20.12852.0 SR11.

one of the discomforts we are going through is that on the access point, the search box

has a strange-looking X: mark right where the "drop-down arrow" is located (which is how

it looks on the desktop) I have included this comparision in the qvw that I have attached.

I was researching in community posts but did not see any thing that matches my dillemma.

It may not be due to the upgrade, but that is the only thing I can think of that might be causing

this undesired appearance. If you have any suggestions or can point me towards any discussion,

that would be wonderful.

Contact Qlik support and check is there any bug on SR11
