Section Access Doesn't work properly in windows 7

Hi all,

For some of my user's with Windows 7 the Section Access User ID & password prompt doesn't occur & the scrren shows some weird URL at the end of the session. I couldn't understand as this problem only occur on user's using Windows 7? Please suggest something. Thanks in Advance.

hi,

Check the UAC(User Access Control) in their system . Play around with it and check if it resolves the problem.

If you can add any snap shot then we will get some pic about you problem.
