Section Access Problem

Hello,

I have one excel with columns are ACCESS, NTNAME, SECURITY_COMPANY

So, Already previous developer allocate with some Access.

Here, I want to add my name to get all access. Can i know where do i find my NTNAME to add in that Excel.

change that Number of CALs allocated to this document to 1 or 2 from 0,

add your name to the qlikview document security tab in windows explorer and see if that helps

Same situation i faced before also.

I just want to ask you one thing here, I have License version of Local Client. Unfortunately, The file is not opened for Local Client. Without access for Local client do we open server side?

Hi Anil,

Are you able to see the document in the access point?

if yes, when you select the document what happens?

It may be that you need to open the document using another admin account and add yourself in the section access..

1) I am not able to see the document in the access point.

2) Yeah, i am also thinking that, Can i know when i need to add my user over there once i get a chance to look the code

I just got the access that b.qvw

So, in Access point it showing perfect. But, After click that application it showing like

Failed to open Document, You don't have access to this Document.    

Now tell me, I want to close this Thread Now...!

Try to add your name in section access script of b.qvw then reload the application once

Login as admin to reload the application

Try logging in using your windows credentials ..,may be in chrome and see if it opens up.
