Section Access just for flags

Hello,

I am trying to build a QV in which users have access to all the data, but they have different information shown depending on the user. I am having a hard time figuring out the best way to do this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

For example, Bob is allowed to see all the sales figures anonymously, but he can see only his own sales figures non-anonymized.

Orignal Data:

Employee	Sales	Year
Bob	100	2012
Bob	250	2013
John	200	2013
Jason	275	2013

Bob Sees:

Employee	Sales	Year
Bob	100	2012
Bob	250	2013
X	200	2013
X	275	2013

John Sees:

Employee	Sales	Year
X	100	2012
X	250	2013
John	200	2013
X	275	2013

Is this possible?
