Section Access on Hierarchy based data

Hi,

In My data i have apply the section access based on the hierarchy.

I have a field called employee and his manager.

let say.

User	Manager	Sales
A	B	50
C	B	80
D	B	20
E	B	26
F	B	45
B	G	46
H	G	35
I	G	24
G	K	16
L	K	36
K	O	28

Here A,C,DE,F has manager as 'B' and again 'B' will appear in User field who has manager as 'G'.

Now i have to apply section access based on position.

When 'A' Login to the system he should see his own data since he is a user.

And when 'B' Login to the system then he should see his contribution as well as the users under him.

How can i achieve this.
