Section does not filter

Here is what I want to achieve:

1. When I select ABC, I want the others (MNO and XYZ) to stay there but become grey in colour.

2. In the graph on the right also I want Only the blue bar to be colored and want all the others to be grey when ABC is selected. Is this possible? How?
