Security Issue with Pivot Table on QVS

Have a user who opens a Qlikview in access point who can't expand a selection of a pivot table to see the detail behind it.  Have another user who opens the same Qlikview and sees the + to expand the pivot table to see the document.  Can't find any security related to the user to prevent them from expanding the selection.

Has anyone else seen this?

Hi, the user are using the same browser? IE Plugin or Full Browser?

do you set any security at the object? or in the QMC?

Yes. Same browser. There is no security on the object or in the QMC.
