Select Multiple values by selecting single value in ListBox

Hi,

I have a field 'SNo' with values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

and my requirement is that when i select 6 from this listbox it should select 1,2,3 in the same field and when i select 7 it should select 3,4,5.

Is this possible ?

How do you know when you have to select 1,2,3 or 3,4,5? Can it change over time? It is a requirement?

It is fixed thing.

Instead of selecting 1,2,3 they will select just 6 so that all those 3 values should get select.. like that..
