Hey,

I'm trying to create a button that selects all of a field except one.

I've tried to do select in field and select excluded but I can't figure it out, I'm thinking because the field has spaces in it maybe?

I want to include all fields that are part of [Profit Center Desc], except "Used (Memo - not in total)".

Help?

May be with two actions

1) Select in Field

[Profit Center Desc]

Search String

Used (Memo - not in total)

2) Select Excluded

This only selects "Used (Memo - not in total)" rather than excluding it

Yeah what should i put in the field box? I tried it empty and with Used (Memo - not in total) in it but still just selected "Used (Memo - not in total)" instead

You need to put the field name

[Profit Center Desc]
