I'm trying to enable a user to select a date range that may span 2 months, e.g. 29/1/2012 to 6/2/2012. The calendar object doesn't seem to let you span across months. The problem with the slider is that they're selecting this range from within a ~4 year window, and the slider doesn't have the resolution to show day by day (4 years ~1460 days, screen resolution =1280x1024). Am I missing something??
I saw this before posting. Although it works well, it's not as elegant as most of the UI that I've seen to date. I was hoping that the calendar object would allow scrolling between the months, failing that to be able to set the min and max date range on a slider based around a selection of the year(s). If it's not possible then I'll go with your solution thanks!
