Selecting and Locking default values based on another list box selection

Hi All,

I need to design an application, where the first page will have Client Selection List box. Based on which Client I choose I need to set and lock default values for the DealType field. For example,

C1- D1,D2

C2-D2,D3

C3-D1,D2
