Selecting multiple records

Hi All,

I have a question in Pivot table and straight table. Here is the scenario.

We are displaying list of products in the table and client wants to select multiple products from the displayed data. Client want to select it from Pivot or straight table(client don't want list box or multi selection). Is there a way that we can achieve this?

Yes you can in straight table (unfortunately not multi-value selection in pivot). Can't you? If not, possibly your chart is enabled with 'Read Only' in the properties->General tab. Uncheck it.

I have tried it on straight table but unable to select multiple values. When i select one product its just going to current selections and the rest of products were hidden. Tried with holding control but no luck. Read-only option is unchecked.

Maybe enabling the drop-down in presentation tab.

When you click on the drop-down you can select many products without having a listbox
