Selecting specific rows in a table through VBA

Hi there

I am trying to select specific rows in a table through VBA and then copy and paste them into Excel. The reason I want to do this is that I have a table that needs to be divided and copied into 2 separate files. Currently, I can only copy the whole table and paste this into Excel. Is there a way of selecting, say the first 100 rows in a table via VBA code? Thanks very much.
