Selection Criteria not being updated for all users

I have a model with 44 selections saved. Previous to this I had 40. Everytime I open the report (online or in developer) 44 are selected but other users only see the previous 40 saved selections.

I have cleared cache etc and to no avail.

Help.

1. Do you have any “On Document Open” triggers?
2. Any bookmarks which loads the selection state?
3. Does the users have field reduction in Section Access?

Thanks so much. I think it was with regards to Bookmarks (that I had not used before). So thanks for your lead.
