Selection on the dashboard.

Hi,

I have 2 different check boxes and 1 graph. If I set the graph “Detach” none of the selections made in checkboxes are shown on the graph.

Is there a way to set my graph that I can control it using first checkbox and it is not reacting for the selection of the second checkbox?

Example: First checkbox is showing me COUNTRIES and second checkbox is showing me CUSTOMERS. Graph is showing SALES.
Step 1: Once I select Country: “US” I want to see CUSTOMERS only from US, but nothing happened on graph.

Step 2: Once I select Customer I want to also change the graph now. Thing is that this specific customer can also appear in other countries. I want this also to be shown on the graph.

Basically what I want to do is to make this graph totally independent of any selection from checkbox 1 – countries, but having normal relation with checkbox 2 – customers.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks!

Take a look to alternate states, you set them in

Settings -> document properties -> general -> alternate states

Learn and apply Alternate State. That might help you here.
