I have filter like "Category" it has Paid and Total, my question is I would like to show only Paid selected all time in one sheet and the Total as the same.
How should I apply settings to that sheet.

Have you looked into using Alternate States? It sounds like you could use either this or a trigger to select when the sheet is activated. If you have a sample file we could help more.
