Send Email Reports?

Hi Community,

I have a scenario where i have four charts in my dashboard and its getting change on the selection of dealers(field).

My requirement is i want to send an email on 10th of every month to each dealer and each dealer can see their own data only.

Dealer must be in TO of an email and its Area Manager,Zonal Manager Should be in CC.

And attachment of e-mail is PDF report that we generate from QVW.

How can i do this.........

hi

the easy way would be using qlikview nprinting the reporting tool of qlik (priced separately )

other way is to write a macro to do this job

Agree with Liro - NPrinting is probably the best option

It will allow you to crete the report, set up your distribution frequency and then add filters to each dealers so they would only see information that pertains to them
