Send PPT macro on mail

hallo ,

i operate macro on Qlikview which export QV objects to PPT.

The second stage for me is to operate macro which sen on mail this PPT.

i operate this macro (Sending mail with attacment) and the maill is sent with the ppt,

but, i cant open the ppt file as get error message from PowerPoint software where i opened the mail.("Power Point cant open this file").

important to notice that the PPT is open O.K on qlikview server (where the macro save it) ,the problem seem like the PPT software not recognized the file as PPT file,

Take a look on the used MS releases - are they the same? Also the applied file-formats because there exists different ones - old ppt, new pptx, with embedded macros, ... multiple others.

Further there exists various security settings in MS which could for example prevent to open files with macros - depending on the set messages-configuration there must not mandatory be any message that and why else it denied simply the access.

To look for more details to the above mentioned possibilities it would be more suitable to look within the various MS office communities.
