Send to Excel Row Height and Column Width format

Hi Guys

I'm trying to create a button that will send a table to excel for Print.

I need to format the row height to 100  and the 3rd column width 85, is this possible as part of the excel export function?

Ive searched and apparently its not the easiest to do but a macro might be the way forward.

Ive never used a Macro with QV , can anyone assits or has anyone got a similar Macro that I could have a look at please ?
