Send to Excel not formatting

When sending the data in a chart to Excel, one of our users has formatting issues in Excel and some columns don't transfer over at all (see attachment bad.jpg).  This works fine for everyone else, however (see attachment good.jpg).  As a temporary fix, the user was instructed to "Copy to Clipboard - Full Table" and paste in Excel.  This works fine.

Any ideas why "Send to Excel" would not work for just one user?

If the problem user is viewing the app with the IEPlugin, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

Unfortunately, reinstalling the IE Plugin did not work.  The user even changed PCs and still has the issue.  I'm stuck on this one.

Have you tried renaming and recreating the user's Windows profile?
