Send to Excel not working

Hi

When we used "send to Excel" option then we got this error message  "<result><message text="Empty response" /></result>".

My Qlikview Desktop Personal Edition version 12.10..,Qlikview server 12:08 & Excel server version 2010.

Kindly advise me how to resolve this issue.
