Hi All,
I have application, i want the a button when i click on it, it should send the content of sheet to PDF.
I want the button as shown in attached image.
Any body has any idea?
See attached. An image loaded into a text object with an action to print. I have enabled print dialog box to appear. In there you can select the printer with the PDF driver option
Let me know if this what you were looking for

Byron
I m not able to see the aatachment..Can you please upload it..?
Hi Byron,
I think this solution is perfect. But won't it cause issues if there are more than one object on the sheet.
Obviously we can write more similar actions for priniting all objects but what about the position of objects on the pdf document?
Sneha Topre : In Byron Van Wyk's example, just Instead of "Print Object", use "Print Sheet" as action , which will print the entire sheet with all the objects.
Hope this helps!
Select "Reports" on top
click "Edit Report"
Create a New Report by Clicking "Add"
Then Simply Drag and drop press okay.
to click you can simply Click on Reports and you will find your report in drop down list click it and save
or you can use Button Action or use Macro for the same.
Hey mate,
The action is just for that object but you can change the print action to print the sheet as well. Depending on what you want, there is an action to do it
Thank you for the repsponse byron, it will be useful for me. but actually i want to open the pdf document after clicking on the pdf button.
Is it possible?
Is there any way we can do this with macro....?
