Sending QV reports automatically to email id

Hi All,

We have a requirement to drop few specific reports to selected users every day in the morning.

For. eg: If the Sales Director wants to see the report "Open Leads" everyday first thing in the morning, is it possible to automate the report delivery to the email id.

Also wanted to know, is SMS alert possible ?

Hi Hitesh,

   Have a look at Reports Menu in Help file or in the Reference Manual.

1. Create a report.

2. Then on publisher, distribute the report created to specified user list.

Hi Anand,

We are not able to get the publisher option, I guess we are using the Personal Edition of Qlikview, that might be reason for it.

Also I wanted to ask, can we automate the report emailing part ?

If its a personal edition.

Try writing a macro to export the report in desired format.

Then, use your (microsoft outlook /  any other tool) to pick that report as attachment and schedule the report.

I don't see any other option with the personal edition.
