Sending Qlikview selections as variables in URL

Hi Geniuses,

I have a URL on my QlikView Application which is lets say

www.xyz.com

Now if I select Country= 'USA' , I want that URL to be automatically change to something like

www.xyz.com/country='USA'

What I want to acheive from it?

Actually www.xyz.com is a different web page and I want that as soon as I click URL from my QV dashboard it will lend to www.xyz.com with country selection as USA.
