Sending email ones application on prod(Root folder)

Hi All,

Is is possible to send mails to users once the new application is pushed into Prod/access point.

I mean when new qvw is moved into mentioned root folder in qmc??   Something of push mail kind of functionality.

If so share/Any other alternative??
