Seprate field from alternate state?

Hi All,

I want to create one field (Difference) during load time.

For example

Table1:

Load

     Sales,

     Sales - Previous(Sales) as Difference

From Data.xlsx

If I didn't use any alternate state then it is working fine.

But in my application I am using 4 alternate states so this new "Difference" showing the wrong value.

So is there any way to seprate this field from all the alternate state.

Fields are created in the script and have no relation at all with alternate states. The expressions you use in charts and other sheet objects can be influenced by alternate states, but only if you specifically assign an alternate state to a sheet or to the object with the expression or in a set modifier in the expression. Merely defining alternate states won't affect expressions. It's how you use them that determines what happens. Without looking at your document it's impossible to tell what's going on.
