Serious bug discovered in SR8?

I have the version 11 SR8 and noticed a weird behaviour of the function "concat" used with the "monthname" function. I have this function inside a variable:

=Concat(DISTINCT{1} Monthname(DATE_START),';',Monthname(DATE_START))

but it doesn't concatenate the values.

I made a test with a previous SR and the issue didn't occur. Is it a known bug? I consider it a very serious problem as I have several applications working on that function.

Since QV 11.0 doesn't have a SR8 I assume you mean 11.20 SR8. I can't reproduce this using QV 11.20 SR8 64-bit. Can you post a document that demonstrates the problem?
