We are getting Server Communication Lost, Closing Document! error every document reload
kindly assit to fix this issue
Settings -> Document Settings -> Server -> "Server updates automatically..."
Or
In server untick "Allow only one copy of document in memory" under general settings.

Hello Arunesh,
Can you try this? QVEMC -> Documents -> Select your Document and on the right hand side click on Reload -> Check the TIMEOUT Seconds. Can you try and increase it a little bit and check if the problem still persists.

Can it be that someone else is opening a document with the same account?
When some one logs in with the same account and opens a document you'll be disconnected from the currently opened document and get the message communication lost, closing document.
