Server is Down

Hello !

i have a problem when i try to enter the Licence key of QlikView Server V11.

i can't write le credentials of the Licence Qvs: the cases of Serial Number and Control are bloked. and the error is : Server is Down.

the servers are activated . i tried to install - desinstall but no response.

The Log events shows :

System.Exception: Failed to retrieve CAL configuration from QlikView Server

à QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.GetCALConfiguration(Guid qvsID, CALConfigurationScope scope)

Ps: I havn't this problem when i desinstall the V.11 i install the V.9 ..

Please i need help !!

Hi Hana,

try these steps:

- remove current installation

- in registry delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

- reboot

- install qvs11
