Service Improvements in Qlikview Support Project

Hi,

Could you please provide me some idea for providing service improvements in Qlikview Environment. We are working on a support project which includes Qlikview Server Environment.

What are all the service improvements, can we provide?

Hi Vinu,

better to create scripts for automation instead of manual works.

just like, before u get mail from end user  for the cause of services are down you need to write a automation script if any services are down automatically generate a mail and send it to our support team like that we improved our support.

and after that you need to analyse the frequent issues raised by client and try to resolve them before client raise.

it is totally depends on client and project level analysis.
