I could download some demos successfully in favor of your comment.
By the way, Downloading of 'Call Center' demo (.qvw) failed because of license issue
("the license that is embedded in this document is not valid."), but some other demos have no problem like this.
I have much interest on multi-channel contact center KPIs (like AHT, SLA, Agent Productivity...) and
hopefully, I will develop the call center centric KPIs with QlikView.
Do you have any idea about this?
