Set Analysis Last n Weeks

I am looking at implementing a chart(s) which displays the last n weeks of sales where n will be a variable number (1-12) in column 1 and column 2 will show the previous n weeks. n will be determined by the user using a slider control within the application so the set will have to be variable.

Example 1 - if we are currently in week 26 and the user has selected 6 on the slider then column 1 should show sales for week 21 through 26 (i.e. the last 6 weeks) and column 2 should show sales for weeks 15 through 20 (i.e. the previous 6 weeks).

Hope this makes sense and somebody can help.
