Set Analysis with *$<0> ?

Hi everyone,

While I've been working for quite some time with Qlik, I just came across with a created measure that I can't find an explanation to a part of it.

The measure is:

Sum({$<%sourceData={1},[Expiration Date]={'*'}>*$<0>}[All units])

Could somebody shed some light on what "*$<0>"  inside the Set analysis means in this example?

Really appreciated.

Is there a chance that 0 is a field name?

I think, <0> this don't exists, and I try it and is like a null set analysis (it does nothing)

There is a web page with a wizard http://tools.qlikblog.at/SetAnalysisWizard/QlikView-SetAnalysis_Wizard_and_Generator.aspx?sa=
