Set analysis equation question

Morning all

I have an issue with an equation that is working fine when I use it in a text box but seems to be ignoring the set anlysis when I use it in a bar chart.

Equations:

% of total jobs

=(sum(if(len([Completed Date])>0,#ACTION_COUNTER,0)))/(sum({1<[Property Status]={Active}>}if(len([Completed Date])>0,#ACTION_COUNTER,0)))

%of late jobs

=(sum(if([Resolution flag]='Target Missed',1,0))/(sum(if(len([Completed Date])>0,#ACTION_COUNTER,0))))

Weighted % = % of total jobs * % of late jobs

=((sum(if(len([Completed Date])>0,#ACTION_COUNTER,0)))/(sum({1<[Property Status]={Active}>}if(len([Completed Date])>0,#ACTION_COUNTER,0))))*((sum(if([Resolution flag]='Target Missed',1,0))/(sum(if(len([Completed Date])>0,#ACTION_COUNTER,0)))))

when I use Weighted % in a bar chart I get
