Set analysis for Commercial KPI's

I am currently building a commercial KPI dashboard.

What I want to do is set a number of charts that only utilise restriced selections from one column called 'DIVISION'

DIVISION ranges from 1-22 so I am trying to get the same chart, but each one to only choose from a set number of divisions.

Example:

DIV                              CHART 1                        CHART 2

1                                    DIV 1 & 5                         DIV 2 Only

The expression can be changed as this isn't the issue what is being calculated, it is the data that is being considered in all charts currently that need restricting.
