Set table background color and value ignoring a filter with animator

Refers to the sample qlik file - mockmapdata.qvf, I want to achieved:

1) turn the information into pivot table

2) Highlight the table cell if record status is avail (Corner = Green, Intermediate = Orange, End = Blue)

3) If the unit record status turn to sold then background color become red

4) Put in animator by booking date, so when the table will animated the 1st unit sold till the last unit. Once turn red, the background should not reverse the color.

5) The position of the Unit No is by level and layout
