Set up Document thumbnail as Image

Hi guys,

I know that it is possible to set up the Document Thumbnail on the access point to show as an image from the Document Properties\Opening

Now when i use an image it looks funky! it shows only the top of the image even i tired to make the image very small on the source file.

Any suggestions on how can i show the full image.
