Setting line graph parameters

Hi,

I have the above line graph in my Qlikview project.

At present this shows Avg,Min and Max price by contract date.

I would like to be able to have set results that I can send to management to review.

Example:  Desk A shows set results relating to that desk, Desk B shows set results relating to that desk, etc

I have a field called DESK_CD that already shows this information, but I am unsure how to set this parameter on the different graphs.

Any help is much appreciated.
