Setting multiple conditions in a field via if statement

Hi Everyone,

Can someone tell me why this isn't working please? I remembered you have to use a pipe, but i think i've got the syntax wrong

=if(vUserLevel='Region' AND vUserRegion='Scandinavia',('Denamrk|Norway|Sweden'))

This is a Select in Field action behind a button that resets defaults.

Kind Regards,

Miles
