Setting up pivot table with monthly and YTD data

Hi guys,

I want to set up a pivot table showing a couple of columns starting with monthly data (LY, BUD, ACT) and then YTD (LY, BUD, ACT) in one pivot table. How do you set this up? So basically the monthly data in the below example needs to be from June-17 and YTD April till June. Is this possible in one table?
