Shade to the object.

Hi,

I want to create a image like in the attached app. If you notice it has shade at the edges.

How can i create that shade eazily using paint or some tool.

Please let me know if you have any youtube videos to create the shade at the edges.

Thanks!

Assuming you want shade in the back ground of some object,

As per your requirement

1. In color ,  select two colors gradient

OR

2. Shadow

if not can you please post a screenshot of that ?

I'm using personal edition , so I cannot open your qvw.

Thanks for the information.

I am sure there is no inbuild functionality in qlikview to create shade. The layout shadow doesn't look natural.

I picked this image from demo app. I am sure we can create shade using tools like gimp, but i am not sure show to use gimp.

Just wondering if someone can help me with some videos or steps to create shade.

Ideally I would prefer downloading such images from the web directly rather than spending time creating those.

You can try to create such Images in excel or Powerpoint, where you can at least control the gradient from one direction

Also Look at the 3D formatting options  available under the "Format" Tab
