Sharing Bookmark in the Access Point

Hi All,

I have created a bookmark from the Access point and I can see it while opening the document.

I gave sharing access to few user id's and refreshed the dashboard from QMC, after which the shared user's were unable to locate my bookmark.

could someone please explain me what I am missing while sharing the bookmark. I am using Ajax version.

I got the solution, in the ajax version do not look for bookmark names in the drop down. Do the following to view the shared bookmark.

go to repository--> select Show shared Items --> Bookmarks

you will be able to see the shared bookmarks here.

if we want to share it  with other users what we have to do?

I have already created bookmarks i jus want to copy those bookmarks to other users?

How can i achieve it

To share the bookmarks do the following.

After creating the bookmark, go to the repository and select sharing. In sharing we have to mention the names to be shared. once that is done then save and refresh the dashboard from QMC. Ask the user to verify the bookmark as I have mentioned above.

in that share by username how should we give the username
