Sheet re-direction windows vs IOS

HI is there a way to re-direct a user to a specific sheet based on How they are logging in?

example- my users with an IOS are using an iPad so I want them to use a specific sheet with the correct resolution.

IF its it's a windows I know I can have a differemt resolution.

Any ideas how I can make this happen.
