Show 1 value into the fields

Hello! I would like to know how to select one value into the CODE Field (just ZPI) and all the filters associated. The idea is just extract this value and add anothers tables and to do the report.

In this example I have a Table called CODE the idea is to choose just the value "ZPI" and just to show the values associated.
