Show Top 3 Based on First Dimension

Hi Guys,

I am trying to get the Top 3 based on First Dimension.

The Required Result based on Example I want to find top 3 pages with there top 3 specialty in either pivot table or as the sample output but not in straight table.

Attached is the example with required output.

Can we use Sum(Value) instead of -Value.
